ONLINE SURVEYS

Quick setup, simple completion and fast analysis

The survey module runs online surveys, such as customer satisfaction surveys or market surveys. You can use various question types, such as free text, single choice, choice table and multiple choice questions. You can create a list with persons or organizations and send out an email invitation to participate in the online survey. There are various options for analyzing the results or exporting the results to another system.

Easy setup: You can create a survey online using sections, open questions, multiple choice questions and help texts. The preview mode show you how the survey will look to the respondent.
Email: A selection of recipients can be made in the contact module. Every recipient receives a personalized email message with a link to open the survey.
Online completion: The survey is opened in a browser by clicking on a link in an email. You can add help texts to the questions and make survey sections on different pages.
Reminder: After submitting the survey you can sent a reminder to all persons and organizations that have not yet completed the survey. You can add recipients and send an invitation only to the new recipients.
Fast evaluation: At any moment there is an overview of completed survey forms and you can review the forms online. The number of answers and percentages are shown for each question.
Customer satisfaction survey: The survey is integrated with request management. You can automatically send a customer satisfaction survey after a request has been handled. This can be done for every request or for instance once every 10 requests.
